Job Overview We are hiring customer service representatives who will deliver excellent customer service and create sustainable value for our clients via phone, email, chat, and correspondence. As a customer service representative, you will handle calls about billing and payments, service requests from customers looking to start or stop services, and provide essential support in navigating customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns, needs, and build a rapport that will make them feel heard and cared for Provide essential support in navigating customer inquiries and explaining solutions in simple terms Discover solutions using tools and resources to help meet customer needs Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer experience Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy Hybrid Work at Home Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have a dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions. Additionally, you will need: High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed (no satellite, WiFi, or cellular/wireless carrier internet services) A hard-wired internet connection via Ethernet cable to a modem/router that you own or are responsible for (Continuum will ship you company equipment to use) A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone Additional Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service call center experience Be self-driven and able to focus on the same task/objective for long periods Have exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills Have high computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge Be available to work between 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time (training hours may vary) Have a professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette Be customer-focused and motivated to achieve goals Pass a background check, including credit review and assessments in training Benefits and Perks At Continuum Global Solutions, we offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including: Hybrid work environment (onsite and remote) Pay of $16.50 per hour + performance-based incentives Free, secure, and gated parking Access to up to 50% of your pay immediately after your shift Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and other benefits Pet insurance Paid training Opportunities for professional development and growth About Our Company Culture At Continuum Global Solutions, we pride ourselves on our can-do culture, where teamwork and passion come together to provide extraordinary customer experiences.
