Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Virtual Assistant and Client Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Offer friendly and courteous support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the success of our organization and provide a seamless customer experience Handle all aspects of customer service, including ticketing, registration, baggage handling, and resolving complaints and issues Utilize a modernized retail system to process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balance daily transactions Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls, and provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or complaints, and assist as needed Manage difficult customer situations, including oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and resolve issues quickly and within established guidelines Provide current and accurate information on fares, schedules, reservations, flight arrival/departure times, and answer general questions from clients and other airport visitors Complete forms and reports as required by the organization and maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the arenaflex Representative Handbook and Work Agreement Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others as part of a team Ability to understand documents, follow instructions, learn and understand procedures, rules, and regulations Capacity to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft and handle emergency situations on a case-by-case basis Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Knowledge of the airline industry or a similar field Ability to speak multiple languages Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Skills and Competencies: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others as part of a team. You should be able to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed, understand documents, and follow instructions. Additionally, you should be able to work under close time constraints, handle emergency situations, and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
