Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Virtual Assistant and Client Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Offer friendly and professional support to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the success of our organization and provide a seamless customer experience Handle all aspects of customer interactions, including ticketing, registration, baggage handling, and resolving complaints and issues Process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balance daily transactions Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls, and provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues, and assist as needed Manage difficult customer situations, including oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and resolve issues quickly and within established guidelines Provide current and accurate information on fares, schedules, reservations, flight arrival/departure times, and answer general questions from clients and other airport visitors Complete forms and reports as required by the organization and maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the arenaflex Representative Handbook and Work Agreement Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job Ability to understand documents, follow instructions, learn and understand ticketing procedures, rules, and regulations Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful conditions Ability to complete the Customer Service Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and a probationary period Ability to be aware of hazardous situations and handle emergencies on a case-by-case basis Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Knowledge of the airline industry or a similar field Ability to speak multiple languages Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our representatives with opportunities for growth, learning, and development. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $35-$40 per year, as well as opportunities for future increases based on performance and experience.
