Key Responsibilities: Offer friendly and professional support to clients via phone, email, or chat, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction Utilize modern technology and software to manage customer interactions, process transactions, and maintain accurate records Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment, process charges, make change, and balance daily transactions Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls, page clients, resolve issues or complaints, and assist as needed Manage difficult customer situations, such as oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and resolve issues promptly and within company guidelines Provide current and accurate information on fares, schedules, reservations, flight arrival/departure times, and answer general questions from customers and airport visitors Complete forms and reports as required by the company, organize anomaly and complaint reports as necessary, and perform other duties as directed by supervisors Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities U.S. citizenship or current approval to work in the U.S. required, with no current or future work authorization sponsorship available Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in the airline or travel industry Knowledge of airline operations, ticketing, and reservation systems Foreign language skills, particularly Spanish, French, or Mandarin, are desirable but not required Experience working with diverse populations, cultures, and communities Ability to lift and move items up to 70 pounds, climb, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our representatives.
