Our mission is to provide a unique shopping experience that enriches our customers' lives and inspires them to try new things. **System Requirements** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. Here are a few things you'll need to consider: * **Self-provided computer or laptop**: You'll need to provide your own computer or laptop, which should be running a Microsoft Operating System and not older than 3 years. * **Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications**: You'll need to use a headset that meets arenaflex's specifications to ensure that you can communicate clearly and effectively with our customers. * **High-speed internet connection**: You'll need to have a high-speed internet connection to ensure that you can access our systems and communicate with our customers. **Training Schedule** As a new hire, you'll begin with a paid training period where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
