Job Summary: What You'll Do As an Airbnb Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Your primary goal will be to deliver world-class customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from Airbnb customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues. Listen actively to customers, leveraging probing question skills to understand their concerns and provide personalized support. Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and maintain customer loyalty. Utilize your sales skills to identify opportunities for growth and upselling, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaborate with your team and leaders to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and company policies to provide informed support and solutions. Requirements and Qualifications: What You Bring To succeed as an Airbnb Customer Service Representative, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities. A proven track record of hitting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales. High school diploma or equivalent required. A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work from home, with excellent internet connectivity (2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speeds). A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, with the ability to download our company app. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
