As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, work with a talented and diverse group of professionals, and make a real difference in the lives of our members. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Interacting with customers via telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail to provide expert guidance and support * Researching customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues * Elevating sensitive customer requests when necessary and ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations and mandates * Staying current on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommending items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service **Requirements** To be considered for this position, you must have: * A High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or related field preferred) * Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length * Reliable internet service provider and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace * Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** The strongest candidates for this position will also possess: * Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software **Training and Development** As a member of our team, you'll have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, including: * 9-12 weeks of live virtual training, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Central Time Zone) * Ongoing training and support to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your role * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company **Work Environment and Culture** As a work-from-home employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
