If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you! **Why You'll Love This Job** As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to: * Work from home in a flexible and dynamic environment * Collaborate with a talented team of customer service professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional service * Develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry * Make a real difference in the lives of our customers and contribute to the success of arenaflex * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) program and other perks **Key Responsibilities** As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets * Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations * Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations * Performing traveler registration and front seat tasks, including correcting oversold seat tasks and issuing updates * Issuing vouchers or coordinating with vendors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation * Coordinating refueling and recharging * Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation * Working door readers/scanners and related duties, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and line models * Working jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning travelers * Making boarding and flight door declarations * Conveying domestic/international flight records * Performing traveler service flight close-out systems * Accepting, checking, and labeling travelers' luggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters * Maintaining the schedule of flight loading process * Performing customer service hands-on training * Processing and completing visa document exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Helping travelers with self-service kiosk registration and booth items handling at ticket counters * Line standing at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clearing/confirming international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accepting and initiating travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Helping clients requiring special assistance or in-station; helping boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors * Performing customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements * Having standard and predictable attendance on location, including fulfilling any compulsory overtime requirements * Answering and assisting during security and crisis situations * Furnishing connecting travelers with gate information * Providing quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's standards * Adhering to organization policies, procedures, and performance standards * Completing task-related stages of training * Complying with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA) * Utilizing various internal resources/frameworks, including during customer interactions * Wearing uniforms as required by organization policy * Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualifying individuals with disabilities. **Contingent upon your airport size, you may also perform the following:** * Performing Traveler Activity Control capabilities, including air to ground communication along with Peak capabilities * Helping international travelers through customs/migration, including luggage reverify * Conveying tickets, international flight records, and customs/migration forms **All You'll Need for Success** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Bilingual language abilities may be required in certain areas * A valid driver's license as required by local authorities * To satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * To have the ability to obtain proper airport power or US Customs security identifications, if relevant * Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive personal investigation, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements * To be approved to work in the U.S. * Preferred qualifications: + Education and earlier professional training + Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service Frameworks + Past face-to-face customer service experience + Working in a high-speed environment **What You'll Get** As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * A 401(k) program with employer contributions * Virtual doctor visits * Flexible spending accounts * And many more perks! **Join the arenaflex Team** At arenaflex, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a difference in the lives of our customers.
