As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a flexible schedule, and live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience * Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions * Offer personalized support and solutions to help plan members better understand their coverage and options * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards **Work Environment and Culture** As a work-from-home Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule and the opportunity to balance your priorities in and outside of work.
