Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and analysts, to understand customer needs and develop solutions * Developing and driving key initiatives, taking ownership of projects from conception to delivery * Applying industry best practices to web applications and services, ensuring seamless customer experiences * Providing expert guidance, training, and decision-making support to internal stakeholders and external partners * Working closely with Application/Experience Owners to develop and implement development and deployment standards, ensuring adherence to project timelines and decisions **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training * At least 10 years of experience in TPF development environments * 5 years of experience working with TPF engineers * 3 years of experience in Java-based system design and development * 3 years of experience with Sky blue cloud implementation **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will be highly valued: * A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * 5 years of experience working with Social Media contract plans * 3 years of experience in IT staff management * Experience with plane knowledge **Key Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * ITIL certification * Experience with Perpetual Vehicle/Obvious Blend (Jenkins, Cloudbees, Nexus, TDD, Robotized lose the confidence testing) * Experience with hw/sw resource managers, cloud infrastructure execution, cut back affiliations, and Apache frameworks * Experience in helping refreshes for execution * Ability to break down complex tasks into manageable pieces, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a timely and efficient manner * Proven experience driving large-scale projects, with a strong understanding of current data management types of progress * Experience with TPF, MongoDB, Rules Engines, Java, Spring boot, and Purplish blue * Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders * In-depth knowledge of systems development in various computing platforms and conditions, with a solid understanding of theoretical methods and practices * Familiarity with Made and SDLC systems * Strong responsibility with requirements assessment and use case development, with a keen interest in software development life cycles, development, and improvement tools, testing methodologies, and requirements gathering * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, new authentic factors, and rapidly evolving conditions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee well-being * Strong ability to be responsive and accommodating, act with integrity, make plans to get done and move, and answer different works with troubles with eagerness and progress * Ability to apply discipline, responsibility, drive, and resources to remain focused or achieve the objective during disasters or troubles **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
