We want everyone who works at blithequark to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Providing personalized support and solutions to simplify members' healthcare experience * Taking inbound calls and interacting with members in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life * Utilizing strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism, to resolve member inquiries and concerns * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to members **Requirements** * 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * High School Diploma or equivalent * Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment * Familiarity with HIPAA and governmental compliance regulations **Work Environment and Culture** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
