You will be the face of blithequark, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support, and you will be an advocate for our customers, helping to resolve issues and improve their overall experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, merchants, and partners via phone, email, and chat * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with our Dealer Administrations Manager to identify and implement process improvements * Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and merchants * Provide mentorship and coaching to colleagues to improve their performance and skills * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge * Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment * Knowledge of the food delivery industry and its challenges * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
