Position Summary As an experienced customer service representative working from home, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services through various channels (phone, chat, email). Providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner. Escalating complex situations to appropriate departments while maintaining a positive customer interaction.
