Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or previous customer service experience a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, with strong technical skills and a willingness to learn new systems and tools. Comfortable working independently in a virtual, remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working with customer service software and technology, such as CRM systems and chat platforms.
