As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow with a dynamic company, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** * Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls from clients' members, providing exceptional service and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services * Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide accurate and timely information to customers * Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, including call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and attendance requirements * Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers * Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making, ensuring that customer needs are met while adhering to company guidelines * Responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required * Ability to accept and embrace changes within the current business environment, adapting to new processes and procedures as needed **Essential Qualifications:** * Ability to pass a drug screen and background check * Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a wired Ethernet connection and high-speed internet access (20 Mb/s download, 10 Mb/s upload) * Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens * Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services * Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime * Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction * Meet all attendance and dependability requirements * Be a team player, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Work at Home Set-Up Requirements:** * Wired Ethernet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload (wireless connections are not permitted) * Two 21" monitors, with one provided by arenaflex and one supplied by the candidate * Hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, cable, or fiber optic * Headset, which must be supplied by the candidate (specific models will be shared during the interview process) * Keyboard and mouse, which will be provided by arenaflex (some programs may offer bring-your-own-device options) **Benefits and Perks:** * Competitive base pay, with opportunities for additional cash incentives for meeting performance goals * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K plans * Earned paid time off (PTO) and holidays * Flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and occasional overtime * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture that celebrates diversity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
