You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. You will receive the necessary training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to plan members * Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients * Receive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise * Offer solutions to help simplify the healthcare experience for plan members * Learn more about healthcare and expand your own experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex **Work from Home Opportunity** We offer Work from Home flexibility if you meet the criteria, including maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements, a secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program. Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance are required in this role. **Training and Development** We have a comprehensive training program to ensure your success on the team, including virtual training of a minimum of 6 weeks after 2 days of onsite new colleague orientation. Training is created to allow you to experience hands-on learning while also interacting with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1! **Schedule Options** Schedule options are designed to create a flexible work schedule for those balancing priorities in and outside of work. We are currently offering full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week.
