About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and professional manner Professionally responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management as required Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently Developing rapport with customers, building trust, and providing an exceptional customer experience Offering solutions, not excuses, and taking ownership of customer issues Essential Qualifications 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred) 1 year of call center experience (preferred) Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required) Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer Friendly, confident, and self-motivated, with a positive and upbeat attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At our company, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
