About the Role: CSR - Customer Service Representative (Work from Home) As a Customer Service Representative at WorkWise, you'll play a critical role in our growth by providing exceptional customer service, closing clients in new markets, and establishing critical client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Close clients in assigned new markets and bring on new clients to drive business growth. Develop and execute stakeholder outreach strategies via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins. Cultivate prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Onboard existing clients' locations information and provide exceptional customer service to solidify these accounts as lifetime customers. Document all stakeholder interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and inform future sales strategies. Work closely with your team to share best practices, address customer concerns, and drive collective success. Be responsible for early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships in your assigned market. Play a key role in establishing WorkWise in your location by prospecting and closing clients. Ensure the recruiting pipeline is aligned with the sales pipeline to drive business growth. Network actively to expand our presence in the market and identify new opportunities. Essential Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you must be a driven and analytical individual with excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working independently and remotely, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks. A strong customer service orientation and the ability to build strong relationships with clients are essential. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service or sales experience, with a proven track record of success. Managerial experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and motivate others. A competitive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth. Coachability and openness to changes, with a willingness to adapt to new processes and strategies. Skills and Competencies: To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at WorkWise, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
