Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and confidence to succeed in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience * Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Offer personalized support and guidance to customers, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures **Work From Home Opportunity** We offer a flexible Work From Home program that allows you to balance your priorities in and outside of work.
