You'll have the opportunity to learn more about health care, expand your skills and knowledge, and open doors to additional opportunities within our organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans * Provide personalized support and solutions to help members understand their coverage and options * Offer guidance and assistance with prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on health care trends and arenaflex's products and services **Work From Home Opportunity** We offer a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work from home, provided you meet the following criteria: * Maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements * Create a secure workspace free from distractions * Successfully complete our comprehensive training program * Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements **Comprehensive Training Program** Our 8-week on-site training program is designed to ensure your success on the team. As a full-time employee, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works for you, with days off and hours varying to support business needs. We want to see you excel and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our members. **Required Qualifications** * 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * High School Diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills **Compensation and Benefits** The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour.
