Key Responsibilities Provide respectful, fair, and productive support to clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. Register client purchases on designated sales registers, collect cash, and circulate change as needed; process voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as required. Recommend items for sale to clients and suggest upsells or cross-sells as appropriate. Maintain counters and retire areas clean and well-marketed, take stock, and keep records up to date. Carry out organization resource protection methods to identify and minimize benefit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., liquor and tobacco products). Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock; complete resets and updates as directed. Assist with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). Provide client assistance in the photo area, including digital identification photo service, banner print, and creative machine; sell special photo items as required. Takes on web pick obligations (screens orders in Picture Care Plus, picks items, and delivers orders to clients as they arrive at the store). Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and deliberate store environment and appearance. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be conversant in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). You should also be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, it is preferred that you have at least six months of experience in a retail environment. Previous work experience with arenaflex is also an advantage.
