Job Overview We are seeking hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, balancing priorities in and outside of work while delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. This role offers a flexible work schedule, with full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week, and the opportunity to learn more about health care while expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear and concise information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Take inbound calls and answer questions from members, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients, with the opportunity to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise Offer solutions to help simplify members' health care experience, exhibiting patience, empathy, and confidence in all interactions Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the role Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills At least 6 months of health care experience Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop in their careers.
