You'll take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, providing solutions to help simplify their health care experience. With our comprehensive training program, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about health care, expand your skills and knowledge, and open doors to additional opportunities within blithequark. **Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their health care experience * Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards **Requirements** * 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * High School Diploma or equivalent * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence **Work Environment and Culture** * Work from home opportunity with flexible scheduling to balance priorities in and outside of work * Comprehensive training program with on-site training and self-paced modules * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunities for advancement and career growth within the company * Competitive pay and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick time * Well-being programs, education assistance, and free development courses **Compensation and Benefits** * The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick time * Well-being programs, education assistance, and free development courses **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
