Job Summary We're seeking highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations team at blithequark. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, addressing their queries and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll work in a flexible, work-from-home environment, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to simplify the healthcare experience for our members. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members, providing clear and concise information about their pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, and medication coverage. Address member inquiries in a patient, helpful manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Utilize your knowledge and skills to offer solutions that simplify the healthcare experience for our members. Handle a variety of call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client inquiries. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and customer service best practices. Maintain accurate records and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements. Work in a flexible, work-from-home environment, meeting productivity and quality standards. Essential Qualifications 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, or hospitality environment. Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner. Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life. Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. At least 6 months of healthcare experience. Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills. Compensation and Benefits Our compensation package is designed to reward our colleagues for their hard work and dedication.
