Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner Problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume Offer additional products on each customer interaction to enhance the customer experience Assist customers with questions, confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data as needed Work effectively in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders in a clear and concise manner Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers Troubleshoot own technical problems and partner with IT as needed Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and ability to navigate multiple systems and screens Self-motivated and disciplined, with ability to work independently in a home office setting Reliable internet connection and necessary computer equipment, including headset and webcam Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a virtual call center environment Knowledge of retail or customer service principles and practices Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and ability to navigate multiple systems and screens Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Self-motivated and disciplined, with ability to work independently in a home office setting Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. System Requirements To work as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need to meet certain system requirements, including: Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old Headset compatible with blithequark specifications (we'll reimburse you $75 for the headset) High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option) Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings Location Requirements To be eligible for this role, you must reside in one of the approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky.
