Key Responsibilities Models and demonstrates a special and beautiful client experience, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported. Registers income on assigned cash register and provides clients with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout services. Engages clients and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with merchandise and services, resolving client troubles and answering inquiries to ensure a fantastic client experience. Models and stocks customer support best practices with all team members to supply a special and beautiful client experience, including interpersonal habits and service traits. Customer Experience Provides clients with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient services, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Recommends items on sale to clients and recommends trade-up and/or associate items, ensuring that clients are aware of all available options. Registers client purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash and distributes change as requested, processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. Operations Keeps counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, takes inventory, and maintains records, ensuring that the store is always tidy and organized. Checks in and prices products as required or as directed by the store supervisor or communicated through the shift leader, ensuring that all products are accurately priced and displayed. Implements Company asset protection methods to recognize and reduce revenue loss, ensuring that all assets are protected and secure. Ensures compliance with national and local laws concerning regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, ensuring that all laws and regulations are strictly adhered to. Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, high-quality structures, and sale products, completing resets and revisions as directed, ensuring that all displays are visually appealing and effective. Training and Personal Development Attends training and completes PPLs requested by the Manager or assigned by corporate, ensuring that all training and development opportunities are taken advantage of. Essential Qualifications Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico), ensuring that all communication is clear and effective. Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours, ensuring that all clients' needs are met and exceeded. Preferred Qualifications Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment, ensuring that all candidates have a solid understanding of retail operations and customer service principles. Prefer to have previous work experience with blithequark, ensuring that all candidates are familiar with our company culture and values. Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico), ensuring that all communication is clear and effective. Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours, ensuring that all clients' needs are met and exceeded.
