You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help our members better understand their coverage and options. With a variety of clients and call types, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our business, expanding your skills and knowledge in the healthcare industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help them better understand their coverage and options * Take inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Work with a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client programs * Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise * Offer solutions to help simplify our members' healthcare experience, providing a positive and productive experience for our customers * Learn more about healthcare, expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within Blithequark **Work from Home Opportunity** We offer a flexible work-from-home schedule, allowing you to balance your priorities in and outside of work. To be eligible for our work-from-home program, you'll need to meet the following criteria: * Maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements * Have a secure workspace free from distractions * Successfully complete our comprehensive training program * Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements **Training and Development** Our comprehensive training program is designed to ensure your success on the team. You'll receive: * Onsite training of a minimum of 6 weeks * Hands-on learning experiences * Interaction with trainers and leadership engagement from day 1 * Self-paced modules to help you learn and grow at your own pace **Schedule Options** We offer flexible schedule options, designed to create a balance between work and personal life.
