Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our clients, interacting with their customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and chats. Offering technical support to resolve customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you must meet the following criteria: Be at least 18 years old and a legal U.S. citizen or resident. Have a clean criminal record with no felony or fraud convictions. Possess a reliable computer and a stable internet connection (cable or DSL) to work from home effectively. Be willing to invest in a background check ($12.95) and client training (cost varies), with reimbursement after 90 days of successful client servicing. Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to create your own schedule. Participate in a virtual training session for 4 weeks, 4 hours a day, Monday through Friday, without pay.
