About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and work from the comfort of their own home. Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns. Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services. Upsell products or services when required. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven call center experience, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up a home Wi-Fi network, set up and configure a router or switch, and core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer. Minimum of 18 years of age or older. Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems. Customer service and/or sales experience preferred. Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements: Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps. Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps. ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN. Proof of internet speed required. Clean and quiet workspace.
