Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Experience working in a production environment is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is the minimum educational requirement. Availability to work either second or third shift, with a commitment to the chosen schedule.
