Job Overview blithequark's Caremark Member Operations division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the Orlando area. We are looking for individuals who are interested in a flexible work schedule and live within 75 miles of Orlando, FL. As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to balance priorities in and outside of work while being committed to delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients, with the opportunity to learn and grow as our business evolves. Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise. Offer solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience, utilizing your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience). Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. A High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: An Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner. Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life. Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence. Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills. At least 6 months of health care experience. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
