Job Overview: Customer Service Representative We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home and balance your priorities in and outside of work while delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members better understand their coverage and options. Key Responsibilities: Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Take inbound calls and provide timely and accurate responses to member inquiries Provide education and support to members regarding their prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise Offer solutions to simplify the health care experience for our members, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications A High School Diploma or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: An Associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills At least 6 months of health care experience Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume call center environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and organizational skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our colleagues. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, including a pay range of $17.00 - $28.45 per hour.
