Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy. Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems, including knowledge of MS Office Suite and customer service software.
