Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments , collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening , with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices , with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills , with the ability to clearly articulate information and provide solutions to customers. Preferred Experience and Qualifications While not required, previous experience in customer service roles is highly preferred.
