Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes. Process changes to reservations, including rebooking and cancellations, with attention to detail and accuracy. Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations, remaining calm and composed under pressure. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric approach. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to data protection and privacy policies. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously, with a high level of technical aptitude. Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively, resolving complex customer issues and concerns. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to education and personal development. Preferred Experience and Skills While not essential, the following experience and skills are highly desirable: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a call center or airline environment, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. Familiarity with airline reservations systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus), demonstrating knowledge of industry-specific technology and processes.
