Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7AM-7PM, with no weekends required. As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with leading technologies and systems, and you will be supported by a dedicated team of leaders and peers who are committed to your success. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Analyze payment history and notes to determine the best course of action for each account Communicate statuses to customers and provide updates on their accounts Work with customers to resolve payment issues and find solutions that meet their needs Utilize leading technologies and systems to manage accounts and resolve customer inquiries Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, and to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong multitasking abilities. You should be detail-oriented, driven to solve problems and meet goals, and familiar with Microsoft Office tools. Experience in customer service is also required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Additionally, you will need to have excellent internet connectivity, with internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download, and a hardwired internet access connection. You will also need to have a productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace, as well as a smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer, in order to download our company app. Essential Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking abilities Detail-oriented and driven to solve problems and meet goals Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools Experience in customer service High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and systems Certification in customer service or a related field Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications and requirements listed above, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent customer service skills.
