Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time, work-from-home basis in Texas. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include responding to customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7AM-7PM, with no weekends, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Analyze payment history and notes to resolve customer issues Communicate statuses to customers and provide updates on their accounts Work with leading technologies and systems to manage customer accounts Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a strong multitasker, and have a drive to solve problems and meet goals. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and have experience in customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, you will need to have excellent internet connectivity, a productive and quiet workspace, and a smartphone to download our company app for communication.
