As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner, and providing education on our products and services. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Primary Responsibilities** * Ensure quality customer service for internal and external customers, focusing on needs identification, problem-solving, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists * Monitor delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution * Utilize effective communication techniques when responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations * Inform and educate new customers regarding billing/invoicing setup and billing/payment procedures * Place outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary **The Role** As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be working in a high-volume setting, interacting with customers continuously by phone and in writing. You will need to develop a deep understanding of our various products and multiple levels of benefits within each product to best assist our providers/customers. This role is equally challenging and rewarding, offering a unique blend of customer service and sales expertise. **Required Qualifications** * High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience * 1+ years of current or previous UMR Claims Processing System experience (UMR is arenaflex's third-party administrator (TPA) solution). (You must be an employee of UMR specifically to have experience with the UMR claims system) * 4+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience * Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm CST **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on needs identification and problem-solving **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer service or sales role * Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its products and services * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Certification in customer service or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
