Key Responsibilities As a customer service specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling a variety of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related inquiries. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Key responsibilities include: Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities, thereby contributing to business growth and expansion. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service, ensuring you are always equipped to provide accurate and helpful information. Presentation of a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers, reflecting the values and mission of blithequark. Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks. Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures. Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, contributing to the smooth operation of our business. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain essential qualifications, including: Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with technology. The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment, showing your capacity to work efficiently and manage your time effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues alike. A high school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for further learning and development.
