Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, customer account and billing processes, and various policies and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Present a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image, building trust and rapport with customers through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Effectively manage customer accounts by setting up and maintaining accurate account information and data, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation related to asset and inventory controls and purchasing, to support operational efficiency. Essential Qualifications: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to efficiently complete data entry tasks and analyze reports. Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. High school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for further development and growth.
