About the Role: Customer Service Specialist As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related inquiries. Your expertise and professionalism will be crucial in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of your work. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and utilize a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer retention Maintain an in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service Present a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers, ensuring a positive brand experience Provide high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong academic background and a commitment to ongoing learning and development Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus: Bilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Skills and Competencies To excel as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll need to possess: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving long-term loyalty A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments and functions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the ongoing growth and development of our team members.
