Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications from union members, providing timely and effective support Establish consultations and conduct discussions to educate members about the benefits and services offered by arenaflex Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork to ensure seamless service delivery Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure our high standards are consistently met Develop and maintain strong relationships with union members, addressing their concerns and providing personalized support Collaborate with internal teams, including leadership, to ensure effective communication and service delivery Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's services and benefits to provide informed support to members Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals and teams at all levels. You should have a positive and beneficial mindset, with fantastic energy and a strong team player mentality. Previous experience in customer service and/or consumer sales is highly desirable, although not essential. You must be legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or the UK and have basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and tools.
