About the Opportunity We are excited to announce a 6-month contract opportunity (with likely extensions) for a Customer Service Specialist to join the blithequark team. As a part-time remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space in North Carolina, enjoying a schedule that spans from Monday to Friday, 11 am to 3 pm. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Create work orders and capture structured data for each issue, providing audit trails and statistical analysis to drive business decisions. Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail. Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt and contribute to the team's objectives. Essential Qualifications A Bachelor's degree is preferred, although equivalent experience and a strong passion for customer service can also be considered. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders through various channels. Payroll processing knowledge is preferred, although not required, as it can be an asset in this role. SAP experience is also preferred, as it will enable you to navigate the company's systems and processes with ease.
