Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Key responsibilities include: * Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities * Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service * Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers * Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data * Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities * Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Key requirements include: * Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports * Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High school diploma or equivalent * Bilingual is preferred but not required **Essential Qualifications** While a degree is not necessarily required, we're looking for individuals with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
