You'll work closely with our sales team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. * Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer inquiries and issues. * Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day to navigate and resolve customer issues. * Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management. * Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs. **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of customer service experience. * Ability to commute to our facility from your home. * A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity. * Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once. * Stable internet with the ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
