As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for building customer relationships, resolving customer challenges, and providing personalized support. You'll work in a team-based environment, collaborating with Sales team members and using a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customer issues. **Key Responsibilities** * Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls * Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment * Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day * Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management * Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues * Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Ability to commute to our facility from your home * Secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity * Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once * Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Knowledge of customer service software and systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team-based environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks * Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once * Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
