You'll use a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges, resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, and implement return procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls * Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment * Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day * Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management * Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures **Shifts, Training & Work Environment** * Enjoy your weekends off!
