**Experienced Customer Service Supervisor – National Remote**

With a focus on improving the lives of millions of people, we're constantly seeking new and better ways to deliver exceptional customer service and support. **The Role** As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of customer service representatives and make a real impact on the communities we serve. You'll be responsible for managing a team of at least 30 direct reports, providing leadership support for new initiatives and deployments, and actively engaging in team growth and development. You'll also be expected to assist with projects as needed and attend regular 1-on-1 meetings with your direct reports to discuss performance and productivity. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly activities of a team of customer service representatives * Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met * Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, and external partners * Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment * Provide coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews, as well as formal corrective action * Manage team performance metrics and surveys to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent years of work experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience * 5 years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment * Previous call center environment experience * Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications * Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00am - 10:00pm CST, Sunday through Saturday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends **Preferred Qualifications** * 2 years of customer service experience **Telecommuting Requirements** * Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service **Soft Skills** * Ability to multi-task, including the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
