About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Chicago on a remote basis. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with valued customers, ensuring seamless order management, resolving issues promptly, and guaranteeing timely delivery and accurate invoicing. This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing your expertise to identify order trends and drive efficiency for our customers and arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the supply chain relationship with assigned customers, including receipt of purchase orders and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise from the time the order is placed through to on-time delivery and invoicing of the purchase order. Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with key internal and external customers, including Regional Sales Managers, Brokers, Warehousing, Transportation, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, IT, etc. Utilize the SAP order management system to process customer orders, complete order changes, and monitor compliance of all assigned accounts. Proactively identify order trends and patterns that will drive efficiency for customers and arenaflex. Audit pricing on customer orders to ensure it is aligned with the arenaflex SAP system, working with Regional Sales Managers, Brokers, and Finance to correct discrepancies. Process customer orders, including sample requests, donation orders, and return orders. Support Regional Sales Manager requests for samples, product availability, filling out customer forms, and delivery inquiries. Liaise with Commercial Master Data and Sales to edit, add, and inactive customer entities in SAP. Navigate through distinct software environments: SAP, 3rd Party Logistics, and SPS Commerce. Qualifications and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need: 3-5 years of Customer Service experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) setting or a similar role in supply chain or logistics. A bachelor's degree is preferred, although additional experience will be considered in place of a degree. Proficiency in SAP order-to-invoice processing and reporting, as well as intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as experience in account management and business development. Working Conditions and Benefits This role is based in Chicago and is fully remote, with regular business hours and a minimum of 40 hours per week. There may be variations in work hours due to special projects, deadlines, and other concerns. arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, along with a 5% bonus.
