Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to drive customer satisfaction on our seasonal family digital platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in leading a customer service team and be fluent in English. Proficiency in French, Spanish, and Italian is a plus. The candidate should also have experience with Zendesk and digital family apps, which is a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities Manage a remote team of customer service representatives and ensure that they provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction, aligning with arenaflex's mission and values. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Train and coach the customer service team to improve their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Handle escalated customer service issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and effective manner, and collaborating with other departments to improve the customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, staying informed about new features, updates, and industry trends. Collaborate with other departments, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Essential Qualifications College degree in a relevant field, such as customer service, business administration, or communications. 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of leadership and team management. Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus, with bonus languages including Dutch, German, Polish, Czech, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Portuguese, Romanian, Greek, Hungarian, Slovak, and Bulgarian. Experience with Zendesk and digital family apps is a plus, with a strong understanding of customer service software and technologies. Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in remote team management and coaching. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in coaching, training, and developing team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
